We’d like to wish you all an enjoyable and relaxing summer in the sun.
During the sunny days ahead we hope that you’ll find a spare moment to visit our website or our museum in person. Throughout the summer you’re welcome to visit our beautiful exhibition of glass sculptures, ‘Zdeněk Lhotský and Studio Pelechov’. There won’t be any accompanying events taking place over the summer, though.
The museum is open daily except Mondays from 10am to 6pm.
In September, however, you can look forward to Zdeněk Lhotský’s lecture ‘Cast glass sculpture at Studio Pelechov’ that we are staging again following its success the first time. It’s taking place at 5.30pm on Wednesday 10th September in the museum spaces at Husova St – don’t miss it!
After this exhibition finishes, you can look forward to our next show – ‘The Tvrdohlaví Group Twenty Years On’ that the CMFA is co-organising with the Gallery of Fine Art, Ostrava. The opening is scheduled for 1st October 2008.
